This 2000 Ford Expedition is a great value at just $2,400 plus tax and fees. Just the rims and tires alone are worth half that—they look almost new and give this full-size SUV a bold look.

Quick Overview:

• The exterior is simple—aside from the standout rims and a tow hitch that’s already installed.

• The cloth interior is in decent shape, and for a 7-seater, it looks like it’s been well taken care of.

• Tinted windows and only a few minor flaws inside.

Things to know:

• Manual locks only. It has power locks and windows, but the power locks don’t function—so you’ll need to lock/unlock by hand.

• The radio works (you can hear it), but the screen doesn't display.

• The DVD system is a mystery. There are four screens:

  • One in the front (same one with the non-working screen)

  • Two in the headrests for second-row passengers

  • One hanging from the ceiling for third-row passengers (secured by a rope—see photos on our website)

• We haven’t tested the screens, and we're not selling them as functional. There’s an HDMI port and power outlet under the second-row seat, which we believe connects to the system—but again, not tested.

These days, most kids use tablets anyway!

Cosmetic notes:

• Clear coat fading on the hood and roof

• Some rust on the roof

• Driver seat lumbar handle is broken

• Armrest leather is ripped

About Registration & Plates

We know the plates are expired—but don’t worry. As a licensed used car dealer in California, we handle all the registration and title paperwork for you. We will complete the registration process in your name, and in the meantime, you'll be driving legally with a temporary paper plate provided by the DMV. Everything is handled properly, and you won’t need to visit the DMV yourself.

We strongly encourage you to come test drive it and bring your own mechanic or someone you trust to inspect it—we’re totally okay with that.

This SUV has been driven about 10,000 miles per year for 25 years. It's not perfect—but it runs, and we stand behind that. The powertrain is solid, and that’s why it’s on our lot.
