2002 Ford Expedition XLT – Cheap, Honest SUV That Still Gets the Job Done

Let’s be real — this is a 24-year-old SUV, not a showroom vehicle. If you’re looking for something cheap, big, and usable, this Expedition might be exactly what you need.

This 2002 Ford Expedition XLT comes with a clean title, one accident reported, four previous owners, and 24 service records on the Carfax report, which at least shows it hasn’t been ignored over the years.

The exterior is actually very clean for its age. The paint still looks good, the rear windows are tinted, and the tires are almost new (rear tires at 10/32", front at 7/32"). It does have a small dent on the front bumper and it's missing the center hubcaps, but nothing dramatic. We included detailed photos on our website so there are no surprises.

Inside, it’s surprisingly clean too. The cloth seats show normal wear, but nothing crazy. Everything works — power windows, power locks, alarm system, AC, heater, and radio. A previous owner even left a phone holder installed, which honestly might come in handy.

It’s an 8-passenger SUV, and we’re including a third-row leather seat that’s a different color. If that bothers you, no problem — we’ll remove it for free.

The vehicle passed smog with no issues, and you’re welcome to bring your mechanic to inspect it before purchasing. We actually encourage it.
